Where do I start if I don't know which service I need?
With a discovery call: a free, 30-minute conversation where we review your brand, your website and your processes, and tell you what's worth tackling first. If we're not the best fit for what you need, we'll tell you that too.
Do you work with companies outside Chile?
Yes. Our studio is at Av. Apoquindo 6410, Las Condes, Santiago, and we work remotely with companies across Chile and in other countries. Meetings are held over video call in English, Spanish or Portuguese, and our working day overlaps with North America's: Santiago is within two hours of US Eastern time, depending on the season. We take on only a few projects at a time so each one gets the attention it needs, and every project is tracked in the Client Portal.
How do you price a project?
After the discovery call, we put together a statement of work with the scope, deliverables, timeline and cost. You can start with a single service and add others later; since the same team does it all, everything stays consistent.
How do I follow my project's progress?
In the Client Portal: you'll see your project's tasks, progress, files and links, and you'll get an email whenever there's something new to review.
