### Can I use my current WhatsApp number?

Yes, it can be migrated to the official API, but it will stop working in the regular WhatsApp app on your phone. We walk you through the options before you decide.

### Does the WhatsApp API cost anything?

Yes. Meta charges for each template message you send (marketing, utility or authentication), at rates that depend on the country. Replying to a customer who wrote to you, within the following 24 hours, is generally free. We estimate it for you based on your volume.

### How many people can answer at the same time?

### Can you send automated notifications for my orders?
