## FAQ

### What is n8n, and why do you use it?

n8n is an open-source automation tool, similar to Zapier or Make, that can be installed on your own server. That way your data stays under your control, and you don't pay more as your executions grow.

### Why do my emails go to spam?

Almost always because of misconfigured SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, sending from your main company domain without warming it up, or low-quality lists. We review it on the discovery call and tell you what to fix.

### Is B2B cold email legal?

B2B email prospecting is common practice, but it has to identify the sender, offer a simple way to stop receiving messages, and handle data with care. We design it to respect personal data protection law.

### Can you connect the systems I already use?

If they offer an API, webhooks or data export, almost always. On the discovery call we look at the tools you use and what can be connected.
